Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing the right kind of support is a personal decision. These are some of the questions women often ask before getting in touch. If there's anything else you'd like to know, you're always welcome to contact me. I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Is this coaching?

Not in the conventional sense.

While our conversations are thoughtful, practical and deeply reflective, this work isn't built around programmes, accountability or performance. Instead, it offers space to think clearly, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and find your own way forward with greater confidence and ease.

Many women tell me that the experience feels quite different from anything they've done before.

How do I know which experience is right for me?

You don't need to decide before we speak.

We begin with a conversation about where you are, what's bringing you here, and what you're hoping for. From there, I'll recommend the experience that I believe will serve you best.

Some women find a single Strategic Clarity Session is exactly what they need. Others benefit from spending longer together, particularly during significant life transitions.

What happens during an immersion?

Every immersion is shaped around you.

There isn't a rigid timetable or formula. Our time together may include conversation, reflection, walking, quiet thinking, practical planning or simply allowing space for ideas to emerge naturally.

The aim is never to overwhelm you with information, but to help you leave with greater clarity, perspective and a renewed sense of direction.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No special preparation is needed.

Some women arrive with pages of notes, while others simply know that something needs to change. Both are equally welcome.

Before we meet, I'll send you everything you need to know about the day, including practical information and directions.

What kinds of women do you usually work with?

Most of the women I work with are accomplished, thoughtful and capable.

From the outside, life often appears successful. Yet privately they may feel at a crossroads, uncertain about what comes next, or aware that the way they've always approached life no longer feels quite right.

Many are navigating career changes, identity shifts, menopause, retirement, family transitions or simply a growing sense that it's time to live differently.

How many sessions will I need?

There isn't a standard number.

Some women gain exactly what they need from a single experience, while others choose to return from time to time as life unfolds.

There is no expectation of ongoing work. If we feel another conversation would be valuable, we can discuss that together.

Where do the residential experiences take place?

Residential experiences take place here at my home in beautiful Snowdonia, North Wales.

You'll stay in your own private, self-contained accommodation, giving you space to reflect between our conversations while enjoying the peace of the surrounding landscape.

Accommodation is booked separately through Airbnb for simplicity and complete booking independence.

I'm local. Do I need to stay overnight?

Not at all.

Many women who live nearby choose a Half-Day or Full-Day Immersion without staying overnight.

The residential experiences are simply another option for those travelling from further afield or for anyone who would value a little more uninterrupted space.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely.

Our conversations are private and treated with the utmost respect and discretion.

Creating a space where you feel safe to think, speak honestly and explore whatever matters most is central to the experience.

How do I begin?

Simply get in touch.

We'll arrange a short, informal conversation to explore what has brought you here and whether working together feels like the right fit.

From there, I'll recommend the experience I believe will serve you best, and if it feels right for both of us, we'll arrange the next steps.

If your question is not answered here, I would be delighted to hear from you.
